Robin Hood Tax

Given all the news about cuts and there being “no alternative”, this video is a good reminder there are fair ways of tackling this, and other, issues.

The Robin Hood tax is a tiny charge of about 0.05% on transactions which do not involve the public and could raise £250 billion a year globally.

As mentioned in our Green Party Budget Response blog, we are in favour of a Robin Hood tax.
